Registration for Admission

Names are registered for admission to the school in the month of January every year. Registration for a particular class does not mean that the child would be admitted to that class. All that it ensures is that the child would be tested for admission to class for which he/she has applied.

Admission

The minimum age required for admission to Pre-Nursery 2 ½ years , for Nursery 3+ years and for Prep 4+ years as on 1st April of the pursuing session. The application for admission must be accompanied by birth certificate issued by the appropriate Muncipal Authority. For admission to a higher class a Transfer Certificate (T.C) from the school last attended and Report card of last class attended must be attested . Date of birth once entered in the school records cannot be altered under any circumstances. The Management reserves the absolute right to admission to the school and assignment to a particular section or class if admitted.

Fee and Other Dues

  • Fees and other dues are to submitted in the School Office only.
  • Fee is payable from 1st - 10th of the quarter in the month of April, July, October, January in the shape of cash or cheque in the name of St. Andrews Scots School.
  • If the fee for a quarter is not paid in full by 10th, a fine of Rs. 10/- per day will be charged.
  • If the fee is not paid within the said time period the name of the student will be struck off without any reference to the parents.
  • Fee and others dues are to be paid for full academic year i.e. from April-March (for twelve months).
  • Due once paid are neither refundable nor transferable.
  • In case of following( any one ), the student will be re-admitted on the payment of Re-admission fee.
    1. If a child is withdrawn by parent.
    2. If his/her name is struct off the roll as disciplinary action on account of long absence or non-payment he/she may be readmitted at the discretion of the principal.
